My family and I truly enjoyed being there. I stayed in an exceptionally comfortable room that had central heating, tea and coffee making facilities, and a work desk. Marvellous and stunning location close to everything made it easy to get to key attractions.

It offers very good services. The room is clean and essentials you need, including central heating, a work desk, and multi-channel TV, is right there. The atmosphere of the hotel is quiet. The accommodation is in the centre of the town:)))

I chose La Residence for its proximity to the Museum of Cognac, which I wanted to visit. However, I was pleasantly surprised to find private parking available at the hotel. This made it convenient for me to explore other nearby attractions, such as the restaurants located within 150 meters.

cleanliness is top notch - location is perfect – close to shops - restaurants, and gardens. The staff is super friendly - going above and beyond to help us. The free breakfast is amazing with freshly baked croissants and pain au chocolat. The espresso machine is a hit with the kids. Rooms are spacious with a fan, and one room even has AC. La Residence is simply fantastic!

Loved the central location! It was so convenient to be in the heart of the city, with shops, restaurants, and beautiful gardens just steps away. the staff was incredibly friendly and helpful. They went above and beyond to ensure we had everything we needed during our stay. - the complimentary breakfast was a delightful surprise. the freshly baked croissants and pain au chocolat were absolutely delicious, and my kids couldn't get enough of the espresso machine. - the rooms were spacious and comfortable, and we appreciated the fan in our room to keep us cool during the night.

It would have been great to have air conditioning in all the rooms, as it got a bit warm during the day. We had a bit of trouble with parking, as there wasn't any available.

My young adult children were thrilled with the espresso machine available throughout the day. The rooms were spacious, with a fan provided in each one. While only one room had AC, it wasn't an issue since the weather cooled down at night. We had a super stay!
